Back of House Team Member

As a Back of House Team Member with Belle Holdings, a Buffalo Wild Wings franchisee, you'll play an important role in delivering the great food and experiences our guests expect. Your Day-to-Day:

• Work across different kitchen stations, including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo, as needed.
• Prepare items from the Buffalo Wild Wings menu while following established quality standards.
• Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the shift.
• Manage orders and prioritize tasks to help ensure food is prepared accurately and on time.
• Communicate and work closely with both back-of-house and front-of-house team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow all company requirements for food preparation, handling, and safety.
