As a Casual Dining Server at Buffalo Wild Wings, you play an important role in creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests promptly and create a friendly, upbeat first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately while offering helpful menu suggestions and highlighting specials when appropriate.
• Follow established service procedures to make sure food, drinks, and other requests reach guests in a timely manner.
• Stay familiar with menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information so you can answer guest questions confidently.
• Keep tables organized and regularly check in with guests to make sure their needs are being met.
• Listen to guest concerns and work quickly with the team to resolve issues and provide a positive experience.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately while following all applicable responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work tasks to keep the dining area clean, organized, and ready for guests.
